Interview
The interviews have been a 3 steps process:
- Human Resources (generic)
- Team managers (technical - skills)
- Team members (motivation, social values and if you fit with the other team members)
The Interview had 4 Steps in total: the first interview was with the Team Lead and the focus of the interview was mainly to understand the candidates motivation, the second step was a case study, the third one was with HR and the last step was a team round

Everything went so fast. First they sent an email to appoint a meeting and provide the interview process. First Interview is about scanning and discussing your qualifications, why this role and why Zalando. Next step was NO stud case, direct interview with the team lead.
