Way too many interviews by random people. The process went on for 2 months with in total 12-13 interviews. They should start paying the interviewees on per hour basis because it was honestly quite a waste of time. The centralised hiring process does not make too much sense.

I've been in contact with Zalando twice.
First time they reached out to me, but when I asked to get more information they ghosted me.
Three years later I reached out about a similar role and after booking a meeting with them, the recruiter didn't show up. After I emailed to see what happened, I got an apology and he asked if he could re-book. Three days later I sent a reminder. The answer? What seems to be the go-to behavior of Zalando recruiters - ghosting.
My suggestion, If someone reaches out and it isn't your dream job, ignore them and spend time on other companies instead.
