There were three rounds of interviews, first hiring manager, then stakeholder team, then VP level. Interviews focused on scenarios and how you would approach them, rather than standard behavioral interview questions.
In summary, pretty solid conversations with most of the team regarding the role, but I had significant issues with transparency and communication standards in the process.
Recruiter described a standard 3 part process; recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, and then meeting the team. Turns out "meeting the team" was spread out over multiple rounds, but I only found that out as new rounds and panels kept being added.
Appreciate the thoroughness of the interview process there, but the duration would have been really nice to know beforehand so I could arrange my current work schedule accordingly. Candidates can only have so many spur-of-the-moment doctor's visits or PTO in a given time.
After 2+ months of interviews, I received a standard rejection email from the recruiter with no follow up.
