I had 3 rounds for this role and all of them are taking too much time you have to prepare a lot for interviews and presentation.After finishing all the rounds by having panel interview at the end they ghosted me.I sent multiple mails to learn about the process because I need to know whether I'm still considering or not nobody replied my mails.They sent automatic rejection mail after month at least they could show a little bit respect by informing the candidates who completes all the interviews and steps.Also Zendesk should train its junior employees for interview in my last round I had a meeting with peers from the team they didn't even ask questions waited from me always to talk they couldn't open a natural conversation this makes you feel weird as a candidate.To sum up they used me for back up in the interview process.
Processo bastante interessante com diferentes fazer bem elaboradas com conteúdos e dinâmicas que faz sentido para o que é pedido no cargo

La entrevista fue buena y fácil, hice un roleplay pero los reclutadores están poco capacitados, no dan seguimiento y hay que estarlos persiguiendo. Lo demás digamos que no está mal, me hubiera gustado que hubiera una mejor relación con los reclutadores
