I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zendesk (Madrid) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview process was very smooth and HR person was great. Had one tech assessment (by email) and then a live presentation to demonstrate how i solved a second tech assessment, which this was tough for me. Luckily went well and the experience was very nice.

The comprehensive hiring process begins with an HR background assessment, followed by a practical take-home assignment focused on API development. Candidates will then complete a technical knowledge assessment emphasizing troubleshooting scenarios, alongside a language proficiency evaluation to meet the requirements of this bilingual role.
Call with recruiter, follow up with hiring manager, more of a culture fit interview, then technical rounds with multiple reports. Interview process was pretty standard for the most part. I was not offered a role.

Pretty standard interview/situational questions. It was a panel interview with a couple different employees in the role. Some of the questions got mildly into the technical realm and many were about my background/experience.
