Interviewed for a senior data analyst role. Multiple interview rounds which consisted of an HR screen, SQL code challenge, take home analysis and presentation, hiring mgr screen, peer interview. Everyone was nice.

Interview process took over 1 month and consisted of 5 meetings with different people and one technical assessment focused on live SQL coding. After the final stage the recruiter just ghosted me, no feedback, no decision, no explanation. Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards candidates who made it through all the interview stages

Question 1
Pretty standard questions, not too difficult. The SQL assessment consisted of 3-4 tasks of various difficulty (nothing fancy though)
Completely unprofessional. Initial interview was scheduled with recruiter, but when it came time to meet she didn't showed up and never replied back to why she was late or if she'll be rescheduling for another time.
