Interview
Had a 30 min call with the HR (Denise) and I wanted to give her full credit for her candour and ability to make candidates feel comfortable.
It didn’t come across as transactional and Denise was also really kind and transparent in sharing all she could about the role, e.g. the pipeline, the full scope, the team dynamics.
Even though the interview didn’t work out eventually due to a decision to switch the location of the role, it was still a good recruitment experience.
