Interview
I applied online via LinkedIn. The whole process took about 2 month
1) Screening phone call with recruiter. Conversation was very nice. (May 2019)
2) After 1.5 month from first call-phone screen with director . (July 2019)
Generally, awful interview experience. One of the worst in my life. The major problem of this company is rude and irresponsible hiring staff, especially I think problem with hiring managers and technical directors. I had a time gap for 1.5 month between first and second interview. The main problem was in interviewer who irresponsibly forgot about interview 2 times and that's why 3 times interview was rescheduled. There were no prior notifications about cancellation of interview. So I was waiting for interviewer for 1 hour hoping he will come. But he did not eventually. The recruiter did not response for my calls, because he was on vacations. "Amazing company". I regret my time wasted. Finally, interview was conducted in first week of July. It lasted 4 minutes. So I waited 1.5 month for 4 minutes? Excellent!!! The interviewer was late for the meeting again. He listened to my work experience and said you don't suit the position, good buy! Without explanation, or any clarification he broke the video connection. Very rude behaviour. After 1.5 month waiting, I think I deserve a right to leave feedback here.
Dear company, if you read this feedback please improve your behaviour. If you behave with your potential employees in such way, it means you do not respect them and their time. If you do not want employ people just do not do it. There is no need for such mess and awful manners. You only spoil your reputation and discourage other candidates. Fortunately, You are not the only employer in the world.
P.S. Interviewer asked the knowledge of python. However, in job description it was written knowledge og Java OR Python OR Golang.
