It was done mostly through a recruiter but responses were very fast. I got the job after 1 phone interview, and 2 face to face interviews within about 2 weeks

In their JD they have written something and during interview their requirement was completely different which was not inline with the Job description. When i checked with HR who the JD is different from the interviewer requirement they donot have the proper answer.
Two rounds of interview. First round technical with SQL problems. Second round also technical but with BI tools and SQl. Each interview was for 30 mins and the results were out pretty soon.
