I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at frog in Dec 2024
Interview
I recently interviewed at this company despite seeing negative reviews (which were nearly a year old). Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad decision.
The interviewer was highly unprofessional and toxic. The entire conversation was conducted in a strong local Hindi accent while ironically claiming to assess communication skills. Throughout the interview, he kept boasting about hiring from the "creamy layer" and having NIT/IIT graduates, despite holding a BCA from a tier-3 college himself.
At one point, he mentioned they would consider hiring me for Capgemini but not for Frog—despite having made the same transition himself. He justified his interview approach by citing clients like Adobe, claiming they follow a similar process. However, from what I know, companies like Adobe typically focus on LeetCode-style questions, whereas this interview was nothing more than a surface-level discussion filled with buzzword checks—no real technical depth at all.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and unproductive. If you're considering an interview here, I’d strongly advise against it.
