They have several steps in interviews. 1st they will have an initial HR round where they will ask you some basic question about yourself. Then there will be AI round, where an AI will take your interview. After that if you pass all of those, an actual human will take your interview. Human interview has 2 phases. However, their interview process is really unprofessional. Interview dates get canceled even on last moment, and it happened several times. A complete disaster in terms of professionalism! probably worst interview experience i have ever had!

it was easy..but the interviewer asked irrelevant topics for the role, so i wasn't prepared for those questions. they also had no clue for what role they are hiring, may be its because its a service company
