Interview
After responded to an on-line posting, received an email asking me to complete a lengthy questionnaire. then had a positive telephone interview with recruiter followed by a rushed in person meeting with CEO. Then no response - even to multiple inquiries via email or telephone to each person with whom I interviewed. I did ask whether they had the demand for new consultants or were creating a file for potential resources in anticipation of future demand and I was told that they were currently hiring.

Question 1
nothing difficult - mostly describing applicable experience and behaviors. however I was surprised with a job requirement not previously disclosed - consultants (paid on an hourly basis) were required to attend networking events for business development - and would not be compensated for this time. Perhaps they are modeling WalMart for uncompensated time?

Interview
You interview with several people over weeks. Everyone is very positive but decisions are no streamlined which is why you have so many individual interviews. They took me out to eat too which was great.
