WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most internships put you behind a desk, give you a Trello board, and hope you figure the rest out.
This one doesn't.
You will be in the room.
You will follow Bryan Ang — founder of Market Leaders — directly. Every coaching call. Every client session.Every shoot. Every workshop. Every landing page that goes live. Every offer that gets rebuilt at 11pm.
This isn't a content-only role. It isn't a "marketing intern" desk job either. It is a
paid apprenticeship inside a Singapore-based consulting business that works with property agents doing $500M+ in transactions, financial advisors running $20 CPL automation funnels, and personal-brand founders building content systems that compound.
You will see the engine. You will help run the engine. And along the way, you will learn how:
- A founder thinks, decides, hires, fires, ships, and scales
- Content drives business outcomes (videos, carousels, landing pages, ads)
- Proposals get written, decks get built, and clients get closed
- Coaching calls turn into playbooks, content, offers, and follow-up
- AI is used inside a real consulting practice — not as a gimmick
- A small team in Singapore operates at high tempo without burning out
If a quiet desk job is what you're after, this might not be the right fit. But if you want a front-row seat to how a real consulting business runs — and you want to learn fast while you're at it — you'll love this.
This is a paid internship with one of Singapore's most operator-focused content training programs. You'll be supported, not thrown into the deep end — group training, weekly 1:1s, and a clear ramp-up plan for your first 30 days.

THE 4Rs — YOUR ROLE BREAKDOWN
1. ROLE — The Mission
Be Bryan's right-hand intern.
Help run Bryan's day-to-day — capture what happens in his coaching calls, client sessions, workshops, and shoots, then turn that raw material into content, landing pages, decks, proposals, and whatever else moves Market Leaders forward.
You are not "the video editor." You are not "the landing page builder." You are not "the marketing intern."You are the person closest to the founder, turning what happens in the room into assets and outcomes the business actually uses.
Content and landing pages are the most visible outputs — but the role spans project work, client comms, light ops, research, deck drafts, and general founder support. Some days will look like editing reels. Other days will look like prepping a proposal for tomorrow's client meeting. Most days will be a bit of both.
Every output serves a business objective:
- Position Bryan and Market Leaders as the trusted authority in Singapore content + consulting
- Build trust with the operator audience (property agents, FAs, founders)
- Drive discovery call and appointment bookings
- Turn live calls and workshops into reusable playbooks, content, and proposals
- Make complex consulting frameworks feel clear and useful
- Keep Bryan focused on the work only he can do
You will use AI as part of your workflow so you can move at the speed Bryan moves.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES — The Day-to-Day Work
The split is approximate and will flex week-to-week depending on what Bryan and the team need.
Shadow + Capture — 25%
- Attend Bryan's coaching calls, client sessions, shoots, workshops, and internal strategy meetings
- Capture footage, voice notes, screenshots, and raw transcripts as they happen
- Organise raw material so it can be mined for content, playbooks, landing pages, and proposals
- Be in the room — quiet, observant, useful — not behind a screen
- Travel with Bryan to shoots, viewings, workshops, and events as needed
Content Production — 25%
- First-pass edit short-form videos (60-90s vertical) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Mine Fathom call transcripts for content blocks using Market Leaders' internal AI skills
- Design carousels, ad creatives, quote cards, and supporting graphics in Canva
- Capture content at workshops, shoots, and live events
Landing Pages — 15%
- Build landing pages in GoHighLevel, Framer, or Webflow from briefs Bryan provides
- Set up opt-in forms, automations, and lead capture flows
- Maintain existing landing pages — edits, copy refreshes, image swaps
Founder Support + Project Work — 20%
- Help prep workshop materials, client decks, and proposal drafts
- Draft early versions of emails, scopes, and client follow-ups for Bryan to refine
- Run light research and competitive scans for Bryan's content and client work
- Organise files, asset libraries, project trackers, and simple ops
- Handle one-off projects Bryan hands off — whatever the week needs
Learning + Feedback — 15%
- Attend Market Leaders group training on hooks, short-form strategy, on-screen text, and creative direction
- Receive 1:1 feedback from Bryan and the Market Leaders team every cycle
- Learn the AI workflow stack — how each skill fits inside the engine
- Study top-performing content in Singapore + globally; reverse-engineer what worked
- Build a portfolio of named client work, not generic personal projects
3. RESULTS — What Success Looks Like
The first month is mostly about absorbing how things work. By the end of it, you'll have:
- Shadowed a healthy mix of Bryan's sessions — calls, shoots, workshops, client meetings
- Started capturing and organising raw material without needing prompts
- Shipped a handful of first-cut short-form videos
- Built your first landing page from a brief
- Helped on a few founder-support tasks — research, deck drafts, file org, follow-up notes
- Completed your early-stage training with the Market Leaders team
- Started using our AI workflow for ideation, captions, transcript mining, and editing
No pressure on volume yet — this phase is about learning Bryan's rhythm, the Market Leaders voice, and how the engine fits together.
By Month 3, you'll have settled into the work and started running more independently:
- Shipping short-form videos consistently each month
- Building landing pages with light supervision
- Owning a slice of project work — proposal drafts, deck prep, client follow-up — without being chased
- Catching small wins — videos that pick up traction, pages that convert, decks that land cleanly
- Capturing on your own without prompting
- Pitching your own content angles and project ideas from what you see in sessions
- Using AI confidently to speed up ideation, scripting, captions, repurposing, and drafting
- Starting to form a point of view on what makes content + offers + landing pages perform
Around this point, the work stops feeling like instructions and starts feeling like ownership.
By the end of the internship, you'll be someone Bryan can trust to capture, build, ship, and run small projects with minimal hand-holding:
- Running the content + landing page engine end-to-end
- Carrying project work that frees Bryan up — proposals, decks, follow-ups, light ops
- Turning one shoot or call into multiple content angles, supporting assets, and reusable artefacts
- Using our full AI workflow across the whole pipeline — ideation to publish to follow-up
- Contributing to wins the team can point to — videos that travel, pages that convert, deals that close
- Considered for a full-time offer if it's a mutual fit
The whole point of 6 months is to make sure you're ready to own this work — and that we've earned the right to keep you.
4. REQUIREMENTS — The Must-Haves
- Plus but not a must: degree or diploma in Design, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Non-related fields accepted if portfolio is strong

- Own laptop capable of running editing software smoothly — 16GB RAM recommended

- Available to follow Bryan to shoots, workshops, and client sessions multiple times per week
- Flexible for evening or weekend events when needed
- Able to commit to a full 6-month internship
- Professional English for collaboration
- Quiet, observant, ego-light — comfortable being in the room without being the focus
- Fast typist and fast notetaker — you capture without slowing things down
- Comfortable with ambiguity — some days are reels and pages, other days are decks and follow-ups
- Self-managed and comfortable working without constant supervision
- Open to feedback and fast iteration
- Ownership mentality — treat the work like your own business
- Professional presentation for client-facing rooms
- Curious about content + business performance, not just aesthetics
- Willing to learn AI workflows instead of doing everything manually
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT
Act Like an Owner
You care about business impact — views, calls booked, leads generated, deals closed — not just task completion.
You don't ask "Is the video done?" You ask "Will this make someone trust Bryan and Market Leaders more?"
Are Built for Proximity
You see this as a paid masterclass in content, landing pages, and how a Singapore consulting business actually runs.
You want to be in the room — not Slack-managed from home.
You can read the room, stay quiet when it matters, and contribute when it counts.
Study What Works
Before applying, you've watched short-form creators in Singapore and have opinions on what works and what doesn't.
You can point to a hook, edit, caption, carousel, or landing page and explain what you'd change.
Want to Learn AI-Assisted Workflows
You're not scared of AI.
You want to use it to ideate, script, edit, repurpose, caption, write landing page copy, and test creative faster.
You understand AI doesn't replace your taste. It multiplies your speed.
Communicate Proactively
You flag issues early. Bryan should not need to chase you.
If footage is weak, you say so. If a landing page is delayed, you say so. If you see a better angle, you suggest it.
Balance Creativity with Strategy
Beautiful work still has to convert.
You can explain why a hook works, why a cut matters, why a landing page headline drives bookings, and why a viewer keeps watching.
Are Comfortable Switching Hats
Some days will be reels and landing pages. Other days will be a proposal draft, a competitor scan, a deck for a client meeting, or organising a messy Google Drive.
You're OK with that range. You don't need every task to fit a job title.
Can Work Alone
You don't need hand-holding every step of the way.
You can take raw material, organise it, build a first cut or first draft, and bring something useful to the review.
Crave Improvement
You'd rather hear "this needs work" than "this is fine."
You don't take feedback personally. You use it to get better.

A FEW HONEST SIGNALS THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT
We'd rather be upfront — this role probably isn't ideal if:
- You're hoping to work fully remote (proximity is the whole point)
- You only want to edit videos (the role is broader)
- You'd rather build landing pages full-time (the role is hybrid)
- You'd prefer being handed a clear brief over figuring out what to capture
- You're looking for filler work between school and university
- You're heading overseas in under 6 months
- You'd rather freelance per video or per page
- You'd prefer to avoid strategy meetings and team brainstorms
- You're not curious about how content + landing pages drive business outcomes
- You're wary of using AI in your creative workflow
- You haven't yet finished a video you edited or a page you built
If a few of those describe you — no hard feelings, and thanks for reading this far.
