Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
Create a welcoming and supportive environment by engaging with members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Handle Member Enquiries & Feedback
Respond promptly to member enquiries and resolve concerns effectively to ensure a positive studio experience.
Manage Check-Ins & Check-Outs
Ensure smooth daily operations by efficiently handling member arrivals, departures, and class attendance.
Support Sales & Studio Growth
Promote studio memberships, packages, and retail products while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Achieve Sales Targets
Contribute to both individual and studio sales goals by actively engaging with members and recommending suitable offerings.
Maintain Studio Cleanliness & Presentation
Help keep the studio clean, organised, and welcoming by maintaining equipment and studio facilities.
Inventory & Stock Management
Assist with stock counts and inventory management for retail items, consumables, and studio assets.
Be a Team Player
Support daily studio operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to a positive team culture.
