Must have a minimum of 6+ years of SAP Basis experience.
Administer system landscapes under the supervision and guidance of senior team members and/or team leads.
Support SAP system landscapes and Internal and external business partners to maintain service levels within the expectations of customers.
Assist service and product teams while executing day-to-day support work and project assignments (e.g., L1 and L2 support teams, ABAP developers, Integration teams, project teams, customer service teams, and end-users).
Participate in the investigation of routine technical issues to identify alternatives and propose/implement solutions.
Requirements:
Associates degree in Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working in a virtualized desktop environment managing application systems with infrastructure, functional, and technical support teams preferred.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ITSM best practices.
Good IT experience and/or latest technology knowledge in one or more of the following:
SAP application platforms and future roadmap
SAP technical implementation and support knowledge
DB management, networking, application design, and development
