Responsibilities

Assist C-suite management in overseeing the development of strategic business initiatives

Aid in the preparation of semi-annual budgets and ad-hoc management reports

Support business and product development initiatives, including the preparation and presentation of proposals

Ensure smooth functioning and administration of various management committees

Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement

Academic and/or life experience that indicates an analytical disciplined yet intellectually curious mind.

An interest in built environment is required

Ability to plan, execute and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams and across cultures

Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with ability to appreciate business dynamics and commercial value drivers;

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as MS Teams, Power BI, MS Office skills is a prerequisite and ability to build dashboards will be looked upon favourably;

Self-motivated, willingness to learn and able to work independently

High proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential
