      Pros

      Hybrid work. Good starting salary for fresh graduates.

      Cons

      Technology is very specific and is not requested in the market, no experience from the company, unless u want to stay in it forever. Management does not respond to employee requests, the tasks/workload gets heavier if they notice u can allow it. The salary is good for fresh graduates and junior, useless at mid level and don t bother getting senior position till after 6+ years, if they like u.

      Great culture, with teams well structured, and working from several locations around the world. Good people. Team mates with good mindset.

      Cons

      Some clients may cut some projects/teams without notice in advance. Some client stakeholders are not aligned with the project requirements/velocity.
