      -Good learning chance for newcomers -Big name clients -Colleagues are friendly but don't expect meaningful conversations -Free food at catering events

      Cons

      -No proper onboarding for projects, you're expected to self learn -No clear division of roles -Company politics and drama -Office too small -TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT -No hybrid -Lower than average pay -Clear divide between young and old colleagues

      1. Friendly environment 2. Everyone is willing to help you out in this company 3. Everyone work close as a team 4. COO is the best you ever work with 5. What you need, what you can get

      Cons

      1. Few Old pioneer fellows acting like one politician as if their role will be replaceable. 2. Any chance old pioneer fellows can use you as their failure. They takes all the chances to put you down in order to cover their mistake. (Honestly, give me 60% of your salary lah! Then I won’t mind take the blame) 3. No proper hierarchy or SOP 4. Too many different processors 5. Too highly reliable on the CEO and COO because they are the kindest person in the whole company.

      NL - Great colleagues, great flexibility, great client exposure, conveniently located, great partners, powerful drive, strong potential for growth, financially transparent.

      Cons

      NL - still working on alignment b/w teams and departments, workplace physical environment is going to improve, needs better increment by employee wholistic performance and capability.
