      - Flexible working times - Group of talented people - Friendly

      Cons

      - You are untrusted by senior management to do your job - Theres no compensation for hard work, think pizza for all the long hours you spend - false promises, you're job title might say you're important and they know your background but yet they lack the trust to understand what you need. - large sense of nepotism - no progression because you are dwarfed by the peope above not because of skill

      Pros

      Current employee at AC and loving every minute! A family orientated business with everyone in mind, from its staff to its customers. Everyone works really well together to build up not only each other, but the business itself - so it has a great family feel. Maxine’s SIR ethos (Safe, Important, Respected) really shows through everything the company does.
