Pros

The pay and some pretty cool coworkers

Cons

Overworked, high claim volume, no work life balance. You'll be working 6 days a week just to stay afloat. The company expects you to hit every metric which is impossible in nonstandard insurance. It may seem like a good job the first 3 months, but wait until you reach 6, 9, and your 1yr. Company has developed a really bad reputation by other insurance companies and body shops to the point some shops will turn away customers because they don't want to deal with Access.

Pros

Pay is decent, but that's it. Honestly can't put anything else in this section. Nothing else is decent here. So sad.

Cons

Everything else. This place does not investigate claims. Only focus is to close claims ASAP by closing out reserves before the claim is done. Other adjusters get credit by closing down your files and get stupid Emmy trophies for shutting down other people's files, when the adjuster who is actually trying to work a quality file, gets absolutely no credit for doing so. This place needs to refocus on its priorities before the DOI files bury it in the ground.
