      Nothing. I don't think i need to comment about this.

      Cons

      The boss has a built-in karaoke system in his private office. He drinks and smokes there often and karaoke when guests come. It is an absolute havoc when he gets drunk. Very unprofessional. Also, the management has unrealistic deadlines to meet sales targets.

      - double standard treatment and questionable management style by the owners - no hybrid work arrangement allowed - company policies change quite frequently

      Pros

      Non toxic work culture, prim and proper. Mostly Msians with WP so everything is very in order and on time.

      Cons

      A lot of forced leaves. Lunch 12-1pm strictly. Can only leave on the dot at 6pm even though they have no more task unless you're msians you can clock in early to leave earlier. Very chinese spoken company. Not near any MRT station pretty inconvenient.
