      Some high quality franchisees in the field. An exciting environment with people who really want to help their clients succeed. You do have an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your clients.

      Cons

      The training was not worth the expense. The founder is untrustworthy.

      Best decision I ever made

      Pros

      The personal and professional growth and learning can't be had elsewhere. Culture is the best I have ever worked in. Second to none The people are amazing, like-minded, talented and world-class. The intrinsic rewards of making a difference and helping people can't be beat. The tools, systems, techniques are truly best in class. The clients LOVE what we do - it changes lives. Get to make this whatever I want to make of it. It is truly up to me. Not cookie cutter like other franchises, get to add own critical thinking. Have to. Huge upside in our industry and we have the most credibility by far.

      Cons

      Creating an industry (building the plane while we are flying it) so never easy. The marketplace does not know they NEED this, so the sales process of getting clients can be a bit uphill until you get the rhythm and momentum going. That said, I knew that going in and it was an exciting challenge for me. I'd be bored silly in a stable, standard industry that has no challenge to it.
