      Pros

      Their larger infrastructure projects are good experience to have. They are willing to hire fast when there is work. They hire foreigners. Aedas provide some basic benefits such as health cover.

      Cons

      Big corporate company - they fire as fast as they hire. Stay alert! Aedas talk themselves up a lot & everyone knows this is rubbish - including their employees.

      Aedas is a large practice with a diversity of projects across a large geographical that helps hem weather the ups & downs of the economy. There is an emphasis on quality design, and additional responsibility as available to those who show initiative.

      Cons

      Due to the large size, some people can get lost or typecast into a specific role or job function. While some may like this others may not.

      you can get in with high pay but low increment ( depends if your boss like you )

      management has no idea what they are looking for and how to grow the company. pay increment to those who do nothing but only know how to talk lacking vision for future growth
