The most biased company I have ever worked with

Pros

The company is full of Chinese Nationals and they work mostly in Mandarin languages.

Cons

They do not appreciate any non-Chinese nationals work and are very biased. It is mistake to join this company as they would promise big Bonus at start and then issue notification to cancel the bonus at last few weeks. Amber is very racist Company.. Stay away !!!

1. no promotion or progress since no policy 2. no welfare except salary 3. randomly lay off staff without notification 4. 90% are chinese
