I really like the culture at AnalysisWorks, but I know it's not for everyone. Feedback can be direct, but it always focuses the task itself, and doing it well.
There are times where delegated tasks can seem ambiguous. Our project leads do great work in communicating their vision and parameters, but we also expect the person who is completing the work to make sure they communicate what they need to do a great job! Inevitably, this means everyone needs to communicate openly. This can take be challenge at times, but it really supports our ability to deliver awesome work.
