      Another company that draws you in with promises and lays off at the first sign of financial instability

      Pros

      The people are great, high variation in projects so you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Promised a salary increase that turned out to be a lie. They also act like their smaller company has more job security because you won’t be working for one of the bigger corporations that contract them, thus theoretically you wouldn’t be affected by layoffs or issues. Not true at all. Here you will get paid much less than at a larger company and your employment will likely to be affected by any large turnovers that other company has.

      Andrews Cooper is incredibly people-conscious and provides an environment where working families can truly thrive. The benefits are top-notch, but more importantly, the company genuinely lives its values—it’s not just something written on the website. Thanks to the diverse, cross-industry projects we take on, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I love that we tackle problems others consider impossible—there’s a real sense of purpose here.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are some growing pains. AC is scaling thoughtfully, but we’re still figuring out how to structure and deepen client relationships. I’d love to see more long-term, strategic engagements with existing customers as we continue to grow.
