Pros
After all the processes and time spent, I got placed in their ISA program, I had to leave it, because of location and other personal reasons. ISA Program takes 15% of the first year of your income, which is fair enough for all the training and guidance they provide, and gets you the right match of job for you. But I was so relieved to know that, they not only take responsibility to get you placed in another company but the installments will be continued from where they were left in the last job and I’ll not have to start paying them again from scratch.
