      Pros

      Great people with great vision for the future. The products are superb and clients are extremely happy. Exceptional reputation.

      Cons

      Fast pace - which I love - if you don't like it then it could be a problem. Generally can't complain, Easy to get things done, but you need to keep on top of things. Not great for slackers.

      Pros

      The team are extremely passionate and genuinely care about the product/service and the customers. CEO is very knowledgeable, helpful and very approachable. Pay and benefits are good including holiday allowance. I am still new to the business but every staff member I have been contact with so far has been nothing but respectful, friendly and extremely helpful this includes senior management.
