We have a zero tolerance policy for any activities not compliant with the law. We take pride or compensation and commissions to incentivize team members as demonstrated by the people who stay.       Provides Tremendous Flexibility and Opportunities

      Pros

      I have been with Astron for a long time. Astron provided freedom to experiment with new ideas. I feel the culture rewards risk taking, hard work and drive. The company promotes from within and provides accelerated growth to high achievers.

      Cons

      Have to be self driven as micro-management tends to be low. Client facing positions can be demanding

      IT telecom industry, which is proving to be very profitable right now

      Cons

      Management leads by intimidation, is not interested in employee development or advancement. Practices are legally and ethically questionable. Would not recommend employer for anyone looking to enhance their career "the right way."
