Pros

Working here for over 2 years, the working hours is flexible but it's due to COVID-19 pandemic situation that we are entitled to it. Good insurance coverage for employee. Good working location for those preferred to working in city.

Cons

Lots of bootlickers, to climb the ladder up, you need to make sure you have the connection and gain credit for what you have done or from others. IT department dominate the whole company and its 80% external outsource, inhouse IT personnel have limited knowledge. Sales & Marketing is purely just followers. Customer solutions ratings are purely manipulated by themselves. Initiative built is based on personal guts feelings that it will work rather and often failed. Does not accept ideas and function like a local culture and don't think big. Selfish direct managers don't allow middle-lower ranking employees to interact with Senior Levels.

Pros

Nice and fun colleagues, but most have left so almost zero pros -_-III

Cons

Be prepared to be laid off any time, as the Company has the practice of laying off staff every Nov/Dec. Who gets laif off? Those who do not know how to butter up to the boses/management, or who have diverse opinions to what the bosses want you to do. It is the Company "trend", so much so that everyone (except the ang mohs and those who are good at buttering up to the management) will get worrisome and apprehensive for 2 months. Reward and recognition fairly is non-existence. You have to butter your bosses and the management if you want to be rewarded with a good bonus and salary increment. Otherwise, be contented with the average/ below average/ nil reward, even if you excel in your work performance. Diversity and Inclusion is one of the Company Leadership Principles. But do not be stupid to believe in that. You have a different voice? The bosses will say "well done" in your face and put you on the fire list at your back.

Pros

Work from home from time to time

Cons

Poor management and leadership Data is crap Political games daily Management create chaos and working level staff keeps leaving Management direction is to ask working level for directions. "What do you think?" and "What do you suggest?" are favourite statements by management. Cant be depended on. Everything is a "learning curve" by throwing you to swim in the mess. Great disguise but dont work very well. Leadership principles are jokes. Most people dont really carry them out People are fake. Too politically correct and always say the good things. HR is a joke. Even if candidates give feedback during exit interviews, nothing is really done. If you are too nice, you wont have a fun time here. You really dont learn much other than to cope with chaos and learn to play politics.
