Company size is just right to feel supported but not like just another number, pay is good, unlimited PTO is truly unlimited, strong support for work/life balance, meaningful projects that have positive impact, encouraging management that is focused on fostering professional growth at all levels, honest and transparent leadership, strong commitment to DEIB. Also, everything company-related is space-themed, which makes things like business meetings feel a little more exciting.
Cons
Heavy focus on billable vs non-billable hours can feel intimidating for new hires, typical growing pains of a smaller agency with project turnover etc
