      A good way to start off

      Pros

      You handle your own schedule depending on your designated tasks.

      Cons

      Everything else. The office is off, there are micro management, they are not allowing people to take teletravail when we have 70% administrative tasks. Bad insurance, small salary. I will only advise if you doing for a short period of time and you need a feeding job.

      Le travail est formateur, on aide les personnes qui viennent nous voir.

      Cons

      Côté direction, on vous surveille, trop de taches importantes à réaliser au dernier moment. Mauvais management, Salaire très bas comparé aux salariés des autres régions dans la même association.
