Pros
The company provides you with a tremendous amount of autonomy, trust and responsibility. It's also an amazing culture with a bunch of very capable, friendly, collaborative and down to earth people.
Cons
The job is quite demanding and can take some getting used to, especially when you first start. The good though is that they allow a lot of flexibility in terms of managing your own schedule.
