Good and supportive leadership but lack mentorship

Pros

Leadership is super friendly and nice. They really respect every employee and give a lot of flexibility and trust. They do not micromanage and trust every employee to do their part and have ownership.

Cons

Less mentorship because everyone is super busy. Projects are very long so a lot of employees get bored of the work they are doing.

Nice, intelligent and capable team members. Inclusive work culture.

Cons

Work load distribution is uneven and can vary widely. Senior management and partners mostly do the talking while junior members do the heavy lifting. Pay is not great compared to other consulting firms.
