      Pros

      Good learn ground to know engineering industries. People are friendly and willing help. A good place to start a engineering career.

      Cons

      Need to bootlick top management people. Very political working environment. The office area is very run down. There is a teh gu in IT dept that likes to find fault in their own IT dept.

      Pros

      I love the way Beca conduct regular training for new and old staff. You will get opportunity to practice what you learn. Mostly high profile / good projects to work in. Great place to learn and improve as an entry to intermediate engineer.

      Cons

      Mostly self dependent on solving issues but there are friendly colleagues to look for. Not much incentive for non shareholder staff.
