Pros
Work environment is amazing, team members are mostly fun, open and energetic! Culture is good for learning (also dependent on the level you enter and people you work with), but because of the positive and entrepreneurial culture, people there are mostly nice and forthcoming, and there's a good chance you will meet someone nice enough to learn from.
Cons
Remuneration should be better. Pay based on the job you're hiring that person for, not because you can save some funds on paying "based on previous salary"......
