Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.

Recent management changes (including forcing out longtime CEO) lead to uncertain direction and unclear priorities other than nebulous “return to profitability”. Massive staff / budget cuts after various recent efforts failed to be immediately successful. Long term future questionable.

Management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional, creating a toxic environment where employees are overworked, undervalued, and regularly ignored. There is no clear direction, no support for personal or professional growth, and communication is chaotic at best. Unrealistic deadlines are the norm, and any attempt to suggest improvements is quickly dismissed. unstable management and very frequent layoffs

Company direction changed. Jobs were no longer secure. Getting rid of 9/80 schedule in 2025. Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Lots of turn around in upper management within my two years.

Upper management is going through a transition, trying to find and reinvent themselves. Most or all of the originals are gone, so the company is in a constant state of transition.
