Extremely disorganized, founder-lead company that does not empower employees to make decisions. Everything has to be run through the founders and people are scared to give honest feedback due to the fear-based culture and multiple rounds of layoffs. Most legacy employees are not accepting of new hires which hinders collaboration and efficiency.

day shift and night shift tips were not shared but mostly people that have been there for a while got days (and better tips)

From what I've heard, it's gone downhill after I had left

Very conservative and management isn't always great with the employees. Whenever there was a problem the upper management wouldn't be helpful at all.

Some LODs are great but there’s a select few that have horrible time management and they are quite rude there’s also a ton of drama and he said she said that is job threatening at times.

Awful place to work , lunch breaks are only 10 minutes
