CEOs and COO doesn't want you to be in their C-Suite club. If you aren't in their inner circle good luck. Most people got their position by taking credit for other people's hard work and claiming it as their own. There's a few people in their position was just given to them. They have know idea how to manage or run their team/section. When it hits the fan they will throw their people under the bus. They will make sure to prevent you from advancing the corporate ladder. Found out one of the owners made racist remarks on twitter and from what read and now seeing it first hand. I can agree its valid. Look it up before applying. I know I should have before taking a position here.
