You Review is very confusing 1- You are absolutely right we are flexible having three benefits working from home and our core hours from 10 to 2 and open door policy 2- Saying we are flexible and no work life balance its contradicting each other. 3- You stating your current employee and its non professional environment so why you are part of our organization 4- Our current Employees usually have a constructive/Leadership/ positive attitude to come forward with their concerns to HR/Management as you said we are flexible 5- Of course we all have different Opinions about management styles and Our managers have 20 years experience in multinational organizations and we all do our best applying world class management Techniques.
