With prices rising and deals getting worse, the KPI’s got harder to meet. Doing jobs above your pay grade too

The culture in the NSW AM team will make you feel like you’re back in high school. It is not uncommon that team members experience mental health concerns due to their management. The pay is poor but the expectations are high. I once got feedback from not completely a Tik Tok during my weekend. There is also little VM growth, this company’s marketing team has little to do with in store and it feels like a wholesale company attempting retail. In the Field role you’ll be going to stores who have no lunch cover, to do their VM. Only to have the AMs and VIC VM team micro manage you.

Low pay. Not as much creativity in VM role

Low pay, don’t feel valued, work is very controlled

There is a lack of culture.

We don’t get bonus’, only the manager and asm to.

Nothing comes to mind for cons with working with bonds in my experience.
