Pros

- 12.5% to 15% pay raise in Singapore across ranks - Quarterly bonuses (like airdrops) to retain staff - New swanky office at 79 Robinsons Road - Generous meal allowance budgets - Strong boundaries and respect for weekends, and personal time off. In the event you get a engagement case which is too intense, after the case, you can recompensed 3 days of leave - Cigna health coverage is comprehensive - Open culture - everyone is willing to share, and talks openly about why they are here. No backstabbing

Cons

- No backstabbing cos everyone's too busy and just wants to end work on time - Very focused on working, lacking in terms of culture and inter-office bonding - Experience consultants are drawn into different pastures (tech, crypto, investments) and firm longevity is low (average <3 years tenure). As a result, institutional knowledge is lost

Pros

Learning environment is unmatched - great colleagues and a rigorous approach to problem solving. You will learn a lot every day, like it or not!

Cons

Although they advertise great "Work life balance" it is a joke. Only better than investment banking. Be prepared to work 60-80+ hours every week and be constantly reporting to managers. If you don't like the job there are 10,000 applicants looking to replace you, so either work like a dog or make room for the next guy who will.

Pros

Work with talented group of people C-level exposure Plenty of reference materials

Cons

Most of the mid to senior leadership in GAMMA won't pass basic coding test, as a result junior members learn nothing from the them. Without proper prior industrial experience, they fail to create a proper career track. As an insurance and to secure projects, PhDs are hired and got their career progression accelerated. Delivers terrible product ( compared to QB ) to unwitting client as a result.
