Pros
Nice people, decent work life balance. Great roster of clients, but shrinking every month by leaps and bounds.
Cons
This week marks the third anniversary of Buck as a stand alone firm and by any measure we are much worst than three years ago. Compensation is down, morale is down, people are leaving in droves, and the current year performance is estimated to be more of the same. The leadership has no one to blame but themselves. They habitually confuse activity for results and reward those who bow to the CEO versus drive real results. It is a shame, there was much high hopes for this 100 year old firm. I fear for its future.
