      Don't even have any pros at all

      Cons

      -No trust from superiors -No leadership qualities displayed by all superiors -Poor people management -Very chinese leadership whereby only decision by leaders at the top is right -Bootlicking at its maximum and will not accept honest feedback -No strategy to lead the company -1 people doing multiple roles weaeing multiple hats -No work life balance

      New office, looks modern, nothing else

      Cons

      No proper direction from top management, staffs turnover super high. Local staffs all left, this is something seriously strange. Boss very calculative, hard to gain employee loyalty.
