Pros

None. These people are sick.

Cons

These people are horrible monsters. That take advantage of good people then throw them out like garbage. Even if that garbage did more to build their company than their own executives (Cold hreatless wretched people: a.k.a. trash that is threatened by brains and real business experience )

Pros

small company, allowed to work from home on certain projects

Cons

Worked for the company for 5 years, never been promoted, my manager very clear told me that I will never get promote, it's impossible her words. Never received a bonus, if they will lie during the interview its easy (they told me that) it's BIG LIE!!. During performance review a manger will find ONLY BAD THING you did, but never focused on good, this is done on purpose to make sure you will not receive raise and bonus. In order to receive annual 2% raise you need to work like a horse, it goes through 5 people top mangers approval. Also, a top manager when see a good review, he asked an immediate supervisor to decease points from the performance review to make sure the person will not receive a raise. Only at CVP, the person who failed on the project can become a manager only because he is the best friend of the one of the manager.

Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply disappointed that your experience has not been positive. We have a very flat, open culture. We hope that you will speak with your supervisor, or if you prefer, please feel free to reach out to VP of Operations, Lisa Brown, so that we can address your issues and work toward a resolution.

Pros

Hands off culture (read the cons), senior management is approachable, decent salaries, good PTO, expensive health insurance.

Cons

The project folks have it somewhat nice since Uncle Sam is picking up the tab. Most of them tend to leave the office around 4:00 pm to "work from home" but if you work in the corp services then be ready to be overworked like a mule. Accounting, Contracts, HR , IT and Recruiting staff are for the most part always short staffed and overworked. Yes, they have a hands off culture because they give you so much work that they know that there is noway you can finish that stuff in 40 hours a week. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try your luck.
