Pros

They offer perks like food, drinks, parties and swag in lieu of salary or free time. They sell many lines that can be sold by other dealerships, so if you want to get trained and then take your knowledge where they will pay you more and have better work/life balance, could be a good starting place.

Cons

This is a sales company. The executives are all former sales people and therefore do not see the value in other positions, both literally and figuratively. If you are a designer but interested in selling your soul instead, might be a good place to make money. Filled with good old boys and gals who are proud to be so, often saying the quiet parts out loud. But don’t worry, they’ll still hire women and POC to be sure they can plaster their marketing with “diversity”. It isn’t subtle but maybe you can build a modeling portfolio. Will cut salaries on a dime- if you weren’t furloughed or outright laid off, your salaries and benefits were cut due to COVID by far more than comparable companies, and not reinstated until way after those companies did. They do not hire enough designers and have never had enough per sales person, and this is by design so they have more money to give to their incompetent and lazy nepotism hires.

Pros

Designers from CWC regularly get offers from CWC competitors. They have a good designer training program.

Cons

If you are not in the circle of those that have long employment at CWC they can tear you down if you don't buy into what they promote, be it a positive or negative for the company. Management is old school and not progressive thinkers. Salaries are on the low end of normal a range and so attrition is high. Company cultures are influenced by its leadership and the 5 owners don't seem to get it. Not a place to plan a life long career.
