You have a strong learning curve of picking up luxury retail management quickly through different projects.

Cons

Team is small. Quite heavy workload if you handle few deadlines from different projects at the same time

Thank you for your feedback. The nature of our business and the demands of our industry can definitely result in peak times and firm project deadlines. We continuously evaluate the workload and open new roles based on the volume of ongoing projects. Additionally, we are working to improve our internal processes, as these changes can also impact the workload of our team. Pros

Strong leadership: I respect our CEO. Eloquent, leads with integrity, and genuinely cares about the people here. Best of both worlds: My direct manager holds us to a high standard but is also incredibly supportive and looks out for us along the way. A team that cares: We’re a tight-knit group. It’s a rare environment where people actually show up for one another. Work-life balance is real: Management actually respects your time off, and it doesn't feel like a "hustle-only" culture. Steady growth: It’s great to be at a company that’s consistently growing and innovating with new solutions.

Cons

We run on a pretty lean structure. I’m proud of our output and productivity, but it can get quite tight when things peak.
