      An Unstable Work Environment with Ethical Concerns

      Pros

      Working with Front line workers, nice office and generous vacation.

      Cons

      The front-line workers at Calligo form the backbone of the company, and are the best part. However, there is significant turnover within management and limited opportunities for career advancement. Progression within the company often appears to be influenced more by personal relationships with executives and management than by loyalty, dedication, and hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of diversity within the management team, which can stifle innovation and inclusivity. Some company decisions impacting clients may prompt ethical concerns for employees. Overall, Calligo lacks stability, and I strongly advise against pursuing employment here.
