1) Micromanagement . They will keep an eye on each action of yours. There are cameras all over except toilets thankfully. Perception given more preference over work performed.
2) Priority given to the most stupidest things like dress of an employee not as per the colors described in the dress policy despite it being formal (Employees are made to go home btw even if it is their 2nd Or 3rd day at work, which is bizarre)
3) There are no HR Policies other than leave and dress code. People from HR are fired as soon as they start bringing (read recommending need to bring ) about a positive change. Every thing works under the whims and fancies of the owner who is also the chairman and his family.
4) They call themselves US based bt there is remotely any similarity to an American Company. Don't fall into their trap.
5) No work - life balance at all.
Trainings given on weekly off days and not compensated with any compensatory offs. Meetings called for on weekends. You may be judged if you leave the office on time irrespective.
Be wise, think twice unless you don't have a job jn hand. Their oldest resources as they claim are majorly "underpaid" who follow their directives and not give opinions. Also, the company doesn't believe in investing in their employees but would rather hire somebody else every 5-6 months at lower cost to meet the needs.
