      a trip to Israel for training

      Annual sales target will be out around second quarter of the year. (after they look into your Q1 performance only they set the target...) HR in Singapore is useless. Don't expect much from the HR. High turnover.... Singapore itself have more than 25 left due to poor planning from the management. ANZ - more than 20 ppl left in year 2017. Sales target can change within a quarter... Commission structure on paper looks okay, in reality targets change many times in a year, orders won get moved to other sales reps months after the sale. Difficult to know how much you can get.... on commission. Even the RD left. In 2017, North Asia and ANZ RD left.

      Pros

      If you want to work with the brilliant of minds and a corporate and HQ management team who treats you like family, this is the place to be. I have immense amount of respect the CEO and what he has built in the last 26 years. His story is an inspiration to us all and the fact he wakes up everyday raring to go to work....amazing work ethics. My only consolation is that I managed to get out.

      Cons

      The current in region work environment is toxic to say the least and it starts from right from a regional leader who has little respect for his co-workers or any Check Point culture and little regard that this is a company built on integrity and trust in its people. The amount of CP folks that have left in the past year, taking away with them decades of experiences and customer and partner relationship. Its also the same group of people who is dedicated and passionate about making the company successful, that its more than the money to them, its the passion, the people and the company.

      Good incentives, a great team, and colleagues who will be there to assist and help. Flexible working environment.

      Cons

      lousy management that just listens to what others say and does not investigate at all. Poor management from the top with no direction and clueless on what to do and what to expect.
